Downtown restaurant ROCA announced it was named one of the 100 Hottest Restaurants in America 2016 this week.It's the only restaurant in Iowa named to the top 100.The list is by online restaurant reservation service OpenTable, which looked through 5 million reviews by customers for more than 20,000 restaurants.ROCA is located at 208 Court Ave. in the heart of the Court Avenue district.OpenTable reviews give the restaurant a 4.6 out of five stars.  You can find the menu and reviews at http://www.opentable.com/restaurant/profile/151390
