Iowa Chefs Present Seasonal Salads

Each year the Iowa Restaurant Association and The Soyfoods Council invite some of the state’s  top chefs to compete in the healthiest food competition at the Iowa State Fair — a soy salad dressing stage contest. With no fair this year, we hit the road and paid visits the culinary masters in their restaurant kitchens. Their original salad dressings, featuring Mori-Nu soft silken tofu, are easy to make and no bottle can contain their taste.   Take a look, then gather your ingredients, hit the replay button, and enjoy these savory flavors by making these modern twists on some favorite dressings at home!
