Join us as we celebrate the important role the hospitality industry pays in our state.
Iowa State Capitol
The Iowa Restaurant Association is once again inviting members to join the Association’s leadership under the gold dome of the Iowa State Capitol to share the concerns of our industry with Iowa legislators.
The Association will first host a legislative lunch in downtown Des Moines where briefing notes will be provided. Following lunch, members can make visits at the Capitol with local elected officials. Join us and make your voice heard!

This event features the finalists from the statewide Culinary Competition.
Enter to win the title of Iowa’s Top Chef!
Chefs create a unique dish featuring Iowa beef and soy, which is judged by a traveling panel. Finalists present their dishes at the Grand Tasting Gala for a public tasting and final vote.
