The ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager course and test is $160 per person. Cost includes eight hours of training, a ServSafemanagers textbook manual (distributed prior to class), proctored exam and certification upon passing exam. Classes begin at 8:30 a.m. and last the full workday. Proctored exam begins at approximately 3:30 p.m. 1-hour lunch break (microwave and refrigerator on-site, if needed) The non-member cost to take the exam without the course is $85. Members receive discounts for both the course and exam.
