Council Bluffs ServSafe Classes

Monday, January 13th | 8:30 am – 5:00 pm – The ServSafe Food Protection Manager course is an in-person, all day class taught by an industry veteran. Students who successfully pass the ServSafe exam are issued a 5-year certification. Cost per person is $110 for members of the Iowa Restaurant Association ($160 for nonmembers).

Tuesday, January 14th | 9:00 am – 1:00 pm – The four-hour ServSafe Alcohol course is in-person instruction by an industry veteran. Students who successfully pass the ServSafe Alcohol exam are issued a 3-year certification. $10 per student covers course book and exam fees. A grant from the Iowa Governor’s Traffic Safety Bureau covers all other instruction-related costs.
