Guests will sample their way through seven “Pop Up” courses presented by seven top chefs while enjoying a beautiful view of the city and watching the sunset. Courses will be paired with wine, local beer and signature cocktails. There will also be live music from local favorite Ben Schmidt. This will be a rare opportunity to taste the creations from seven talented and award-winning chefs from Eastern Iowa. Proceeds will benefit student mentoring and scholarship programs offered through the Iowa Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
