ServSafe RE-TAKE Class Registration

*THIS FORM IS FOR WEST DES MOINES SERVSAFE RE-TAKE TEST ONLY!
Participant must bring a photo ID

*Anyone wishing to attend a full class OR exam only MUST pre-register. Walk-ins not available. Once you’ve registered below, we suggest that you swing by our office and pick up a book to begin studying ahead of time.

Cost includes eight hours of training, a ServSafe managers textbook manual (distributed in class), proctored exam and certification upon passing exam.

(This is a new office location! Building is South of the Panera Bread that is on Westown Parkway, also along I-235 and is clearly marked “One Corporate Place”)

Class Begins At:
9:00 a.m. and will last all day. Proctored exam begins at approximately 3:30 p.m. 1-hour lunch break (microwave and refrigerator on-site, if needed)

The new Food Code requires one certified food protection manager per location in order to stay in compliance. ServSafe Certification meets this requirement.
