Class Begins At:
9:00 a.m. and will last all day. Proctored exam begins at approximately 3:30 p.m. 1-hour lunch break (microwave and refrigerator on-site, if needed)
The new Food Code requires one certified food protection manager per location in order to stay in compliance. ServSafe Certification meets this requirement.
