The ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager course and test is $160 per person. Cost includes eight hours of training, a ServSafe textbook manual, proctored exam and certification upon passing the exam. Classes begin at 8:30 a.m. and last the full workday. A 1-hour lunch break will begin around noon (microwave and refrigerator on-site, if needed). Proctored exam begins at approximately 3:30 p.m. The non-member cost to take the exam without the course is $85. Members receive discounts for both the course and exam.
